Deleting Your Nulu AI Account To request deletion of your Nulu AI account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Nulu AI account through our app. Navigate to the Account section. Proceed to the Profile section. Select "Delete Account." Upon account deletion request, you will receive a confirmation prompt to ensure you want to proceed. Once you confirm, your account will enter the deletion process.
Data Deletion Process
Account Deactivation: Your account will be immediately deactivated. You will lose access to your Nulu AI account and any associated services. Personal Data Deletion: Your personal data will be securely deleted from our active databases within 30 days, adhering to Nulu AI's strict data security protocols and complying with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Backup Data: Any of your data stored in backup systems will be marked for deletion and permanently erased during our next scheduled backup cycle, which occurs every 60 days. Exceptions to Data Deletion In certain situations, Nulu AI may retain specific portions of your data even after account deletion if retention is necessary for:
Compliance with legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations.
The detection, prevention, and investigation of fraud, security breaches, or other potential violations of our policies or applicable laws. Data that has been anonymized or aggregated such that it no longer identifies you personally.
